Eddie GilbertFoods4Dudes founder Eddie Gilbert left the corporate world and his corner office for a life in the kitchen.  His passion for food pushed him in front of the fire, where he has worked at various restaurants throughout Los Angeles, and also works as a private chef for a few select clients in the in the Los Angeles area.  As a self-taught chef, he brings a unique approach to his cuisine combining classical techniques with an innovative combination of flavors.  His passion for American comfort food serves as a foundation for his style, and his travels around the globe have exposed him to various flavors he incorporates into all of his cuisine.  He believes food should have no boundaries and tries to introduce innovation into everything he puts on a plate.
